Mould and Tool making

Mould, tool and jig making as well as CAD and production takes place in-house at Jeners and all customary systems data can be transferred electronically via the Internet.

Jeners has an up-to-date machine tool park with CNC-controlled milling and spark-eroding machines. Mould sizes range from approx. 100 x 100 mm to 700 x 700 mm.

Foundry

Jeners use process-controlled and automated monitored hot-chamber casting foundries with a clamping force of between 5 - 315 tonnes (75 - 2,200 kN).

Our annealing plant for surface casting has an environmentally friendly circulatory cooling system and the computerised energy supply is indicative of the foundry’s high production standards.
